HR Management

Over the years, Talents had built up an important network of professionals. We track this constantly-changing network in order to enable our clients to approach the best candidates in today’s market.
Our activities are focused on recruitment in top and middle management positions.
As we are based in the center of “La Côte”, we have direct access to the national and international economic heart of it. This proximity makes Talents quick and efficient.

Process

Once we have made a complete study of the company’s needs and after having analyzed the requested profile, we will follow a set of defined stages to retain the perfect candidate.
Interviews can be conducted in English, French, German, Italian and Dutch.
During the whole process, we will conduct assesments. After a serious evaluation of the candidate’s profile, Talents will propose the potential employee to the company and a meeting will be arranged on request.
We can also provide guidance regarding work permits and assistance in the design of contracts. As soon as all parties come to a positive agreement, our mission will be accomplished!

However, during the probation period, Talents will steer the new employee necessary.
